Yes i know but look at it. Look at it.

Personelly i have had a lot of downs in life, like many of us, and have hit depression once and suffer anxiety. My family right now is having a bad case when it comes to depression right now and so this qoute serves a great reminder for me.

In the book/movie this was used when discussing dementors. If depression had a physical body it would b a dementor, in fact dementors are based on depression. So this qoute just shows us that all it takes is one happy thought, turn on the light and vanguish darkness.
